Do you want to conduct research in the
Close Relationships and Self Lab?
Mentoring students in research is an important (and fun!) component of my academic career, and I am committed to maintaining a program of research that is compatible with an undergraduate environment.
Psychology research assistantships provide students with valuable experience in all aspects of psychological research as they work closely with me and other students on various projects throughout the semester. Participating in research as a student researcher will familiarize you with social psychological research by giving you first-hand experience in designing studies, conducting experimental sessions, coding and entering participant data, analyzing and interpreting participant data, conducting literature reviews, reading journal articles relevant to current projects, and presenting research at the local, regional, or national level.
If you are a CofC student who wants to get involved in research in the CRS Lab please complete contact me via email (reidca@cofc.edu).
I look forward to hearing from you!
